FAQ

What safety certifications does the Epoch have?

The Epoch is ETL certified for the North American market and carries CE marking for the European market.

Can I adjust the brightness and warming intensity?

Yes. The Epoch allows you to adjust the brightness from 0% to 100% using the in-line control panel. Because the bulb also provides the heat needed to melt the candle, a higher brightness setting generally increases the warming intensity and helps melt the wax more quickly.

Does the Epoch have a timer function?

Yes. The Epoch features a built-in timer function that can be controlled using the in-line control panel on the power cord, making it easier to manage warming time during everyday use.

Can the light bulb and lampshade be replaced?

Yes. The Epoch uses a replaceable GU10, 120V bulb with a maximum wattage of 40W. Always use a compatible replacement bulb suitable for candle warming. The lampshade can also be replaced if it becomes damaged. Please contact Magcharm Customer Support for replacement details and compatibility information.

Are there any safety precautions I should follow when using the Epoch?

Yes. The bulb generates heat to melt candle wax, so both the bulb and lampshade may become hot during use. Avoid touching them while the candle warmer is operating, and allow the lamp to cool completely before handling, cleaning, or replacing any parts. Keep the lamp away from flammable materials and never leave it unattended while in use.
