Warranty Period

Magcharm lighting products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering non-human, manufacturer-related defects in quality or functionality.


30-Day Free Return or Exchange

If your product has any issues within 30 days of receipt (non-human damage), we offer free return or exchange service and will cover the related shipping costs.


The Warranty Covers (but is not limited to):

  1. Electrical or structural malfunctions under normal use

  2. Material defects or manufacturing errors

  3. Products that fail to function, flicker, or suffer significant damage (non-human causes) after being powered on


The Warranty Does Not Cover:

  1. Damage caused by human actions (e.g., impact, drops, water exposure, incorrect installation)
  2. Problems resulting from misuse or failure to follow the instruction manual
  3. Unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or modifications
  4. Claims made after the warranty period has expired
  5. Natural wear and tear of consumables (e.g., bulbs, remote control batteries)

Eligibility for Warranty Service

To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must have been purchased directly from our official website: www.magcharm.com
  2. Valid proof of purchase must be provided (either an electronic invoice or order number)
  3. The product must have a clearly visible serial number or barcode

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please contact our support team at support@magcharm.com and include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the product clearly showing the defect

We will review your request within 1–2 business days and arrange the appropriate next steps.


Resolution Options
