Description

Capturing the unique beauty of Nanjing's legendary rain flower stones(Yu Hua Shi), the Lumika luminaire features softly rounded contours that resembles the pebbles polished by the constant flow of water. Crafted from luminous opal glass, it replicates the stones' characteristic smoothness and iridescent colors. Unlike most of Magcharm's other pendants, the Lumika features a pipe suspension structure, being made up of 4 x 30cm pipes and 1 x 15cm pipe, reaching a maximum suspension of 135cm.

What is the difference between the Remote controlled option, and the Smart Remote + Tuya App + Alexa Controlled option? How do I select the right one for me?

The Remote controlled option offers only a single method for light control, which is the Remote that comes within the packaging. This option benefits from being a much simpler, hassle-free form of fulfilling all your areal light control requirements through our sleek Remote gadget.

The Smart Remote + Tuya App + Alexa Controlled option offers multiple methods of light control from Smart Lighting Features. With this option you would need to connect your fixture to the Tuya App to utilize the three different ways of light control: By toggling the Remote gadget, the Tuya App meter, or through Alexa. 

What is the pairing and installation process for the Lumika?

1. Unbox the packaging and check if you have received everything(Check specific installation video for more information on what components comes in your parcel)
2. Assemble your fixture if necessary(some fixtures don't require an assembly process)
3. Pairing process:
For customers that have purchased the Remote Control option, check if fixture pairing is functioning as normal by toggling the illumination settings before you install the fixture(check specific installation guide video for more instructions).

For customers that have purchased the Smart Remote + Tuya App + Alexa Controlled option, please follow along in your fixture's specific installation guide video as you need to pair your device to the various control systems.

Does this fixture pass the safety regulations in my country?
Yes the Lumika holds the ETL certificate for North American quality standards and the CE certificate for European quality standards.
Can this fixture be installed with a TRIAC light control system in the wall?
A TRIAC control system should not interfere with the Lumika, however, the TRIAC controls would not be able to interact with our fixtures either. 
Can the illumination settings on the Lumika Suspended Pendant be adjusted?
Yes, the Lumika Suspended Pendant supports a wide array of illumination settings, ranging from colour temperature, to dimmability. The Lumika has an adjustable color temperature of 2700K to 5000K, with a dimmable brightness from 100% to 0%.
Can the length of the suspension pipes be adjusted?
The length of the suspension pipes may only be adjusted within the boundaries of their given lengths. 
What is the recommended environment for this Suspended Pendant?
The Lumika is an amazing source of ambient, accent and task illumination due to its versatile light emission settings. Due to its larger size and a wide array of illumination functionalities, we would recommend this fixture be placed in a dining environment, such as over a dining table or over a kitchen countertop. 
Can the Lumika Suspended Pendant be installed on a slanted ceiling?
This fixture may not be installed onto a slanted ceiling due to its pipe suspension system
Can the light bulbs of the Lumika be changed and replaced?
The Lumika is an integrated LED lighting fixture in which the light source is a part of the Fixture itself. Therefore the light source of the Lumika is not replaceable.
