FAQ

What safety certifications does the Nacre have?

The Nacre is ETL certified for North America and CE certified for the European market.

Can I adjust the brightness and warming intensity?

Yes. The Nacre allows you to adjust the brightness from 0% to 100% using the in-line control panel. Because the bulb also provides the heat needed to melt the candle, a higher brightness setting generally increases the warming intensity and helps melt the wax more quickly.

Does the Nacre have a timer function?

Yes. The Nacre features a built-in timer function that can be controlled using the in-line control panel on the power cord, making it easier to manage warming time during everyday use.

Can the light bulb and lampshade be replaced?

Yes. The Nacre uses a replaceable GU10, 120V bulb with a maximum wattage of 40W. The lampshade can also be replaced if it becomes damaged. Please contact Magcharm Customer Support for replacement details and compatibility information.

Are there any safety precautions I should follow when using the Nacre?

Yes. The bulb generates heat to melt the candle wax and can become hot during use. Avoid touching the bulb or lampshade while the candle warmer is operating, and allow the lamp to cool completely before touching, cleaning, or replacing any parts.
