Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
At Magcharm, we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that during major sales events such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, there may be a delay of 3–5 additional days due to high order volumes.


Delivery Time:

  • North America (U.S., Canada), EU/Australia/UK, Japan/Korea, Singapore: Orders are usually delivered within 20–25 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within our stated Shipping Regions below.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s official website, by clicking "Track Order" on our website, or by contacting our customer support: support@magcharm.com


Shipping Delays:
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing. We will inform you promptly in case of any significant delays or updates.


Address Accuracy:
Please ensure the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are unable to modify shipping addresses after the order has been dispatched.
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1–2 hours after placing your order at support@magcharm.com


P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address and a reachable phone number to ensure successful delivery.


Additional Fees:
While our standard shipping is free, additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas. Any such fees will be clearly communicated before your order is confirmed.


Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will request an additional fee for reshipping. If you no longer wish to receive the item, we will refund the remaining amount of your order after deducting the shipping cost once the returned product is received.


Duties & Taxes:
Magcharm does not charge any sales tax. However, customs duties or import taxes may apply for orders shipped to the U.S. and Canada. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Magcharm.


Receiving & Inspection:
Upon delivery, please inspect the package in front of the courier for any visible damage or missing items (refer to the packing list or user manual). If you notice any damage or discrepancies, take photos or videos immediately and contact us at: support@magcharm.com. We will offer a satisfactory solution.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a lost package claim.


Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@magcharm.com to request a cancellation.

If the order has already been shipped, we will assist you in requesting an interception from the carrier, but we cannot guarantee it will be successful. Any fees incurred from the interception will be your responsibility.

If the package cannot be intercepted, you may choose to refuse delivery or accept it and then contact us to arrange a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
