Return and Refund Policy

At Magcharm, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your order or have received a product with a quality issue, we offer a worry-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Please note: Accessories are excluded from this policy. All accessory purchases are final and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.


Return/Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be purchased directly from Magcharm's official website. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included, unless they are being returned due to a quality issue.


Free Returns/Exchanges Are Available If:

We will cover return shipping costs and provide free return/exchange for the following situations:

  • The product has a quality defect or was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item, missing parts, or the item doesn’t match the description due to our error
  • The light fixture does not function properly and the issue is not caused by customer misuse
  • The item was purchased from our official website: www.magcharm.com

Returns/Exchanges Not Eligible for Free Service:

You will be responsible for shipping costs if:

  • You are returning/exchanging due to personal preferences (e.g., wrong size, color mismatch)
  • The product has been installed, used, or is missing original packaging
  • The return request is made after 30 days of delivery
  • The product was not purchased from Magcharm’s official website

For returns not due to quality issues, customers are responsible for both original and return shipping costs. The refund amount will be reduced by the actual shipping cost incurred by us and refunded via the original payment method. If the product has been opened or shows signs of use, Magcharm reserves the right to charge a 10–15% restocking fee. Please contact support@magcharm.com for details.


How to Request a Return or Exchange:

Please email our customer support team at support@magcharm.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for return or exchange
  3. Clear photos or videos of the item (if quality-related)

We will respond within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.


Return Packaging Requirements:

  • Items must be packed using the original box, including all inner packing materials, accessories, and any gifts.
  • return label must be attached to the outer box (contact customer support at support@magcharm.com to obtain the label).

Return Address Notice:

Do not return items to the shipping warehouse address.
Return and shipping warehouses are different. Please contact our support team to confirm the correct return address. If you return a product without prior authorization, the warehouse has the right to refuse delivery. Any additional costs arising from unauthorized returns will be the customer's responsibility.


Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed within 3–5 business days for orders that meet the 30-day return policy.
For fully refundable orders, we will refund the product cost only (shipping upgrades or expedited fees are non-refundable).


Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges will be shipped after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Exchanges due to quality issues are free of charge.
  • For non-quality-related exchanges, Magcharm covers outbound shipping, and you are responsible for return shipping.
  • If you need a replacement urgently, we recommend placing a new order first, and we will handle your original order as a return.
