Is there an installation process for the Nacre lamp?
Yes, the Nacre Candle Lamp requires a simple and quick installation. To ensure safety during shipping, the lampshade and the fixture itself are packaged in their own protective packing. Therefore the lampshade and the light bulb needs to be screwed onto the fixture by hand after its unpacking. Can the illumination settings on the Nacre lamp be adjusted？What are the available illumination settings?
The illumination settings of the Nacre Candle Lamp offers limited adjustability. The brightness of the lamp's glow can be changed from 0% to 100%, and maintains a 3000K warm glow regardless of the brightness. The brightness of the lamp would also affect its speed at melting candles.
Is there a timer function on the lamp?
Yes, there is a timer function on the control panel located on the power cord of the candle warmer lamp.
What is the method of light control？
Light control can be achieved via the control panel located on its power cord.
How does the lamp disperse candle fragrance?
The Nacre Candle Lamp melts candles by using high powered light bulbs to generate heat via illumination.
How is the illumination effect？What is the recommended setting for the lamp?
The Nacre produces ambient illumination from its base, giving it a great vibe as a nightstand lamp or a decorative lamp for counters and shelves.
Can the light bulb and lampshade be changed?
The light source of the Nacre can be replaced with a GU10 C 120V 40W(Max) bulb. The lampshade can also be replaced if damaged, please contact customer support for specifics.
Are there any safety concerns during the use of the Candle Warmer Lamp?
Yes, the Nacre Candle Lamp can get quite hot after a while as it needs to generate heat to melt candles. Please avoid touching the lampshade or the light bulb during use
