FAQ(Kaiho)

The knob controlled option offers only a single method for light control, which is the knob that comes within the packaging. This option benefits from being a much simpler, hassle-free form of fulfilling all your areal light control requirements through our sleek knob gadget.

The Smart Knob + Tuya App + Alexa Controlled option offers multiple methods of light control from Smart Lighting Features. With this option you would need to connect your fixture to the Tuya App to utilize the three different ways of light control: By toggling the Knob gadget, the Tuya App meter, or through Alexa. 

1. Unbox the packaging and check if you have received everything(Check specific installation video for more information on what components comes in your parcel)
2. Assemble your fixture if necessary(some fixtures don't require an assembly process)
3. Pairing process:
For customers that have purchased the Knob Control option, check if fixture pairing is functioning as normal by toggling the illumination settings before you install the fixture(check specific installation guide video for more instructions).

For customers that have purchased the Smart Knob + Tuya App + Alexa Controlled option, please follow along in your fixture's specific installation guide video as you need to pair your device to the various control systems.
4. Install your fixture to your ceiling

Yes the Kaiho holds the ETL certificate for North American quality standards and the CE certificate for European quality standards.

A TRIAC control system should not interfere with the Kaiho, however, the TRIAC controls would not be able to interact with our fixtures either. 

Yes, the Kaiho Linear Suspension Light supports a wide array of illumination settings, ranging from colour temperature, to dimmability. The Kaiho has an adjustable color temperature of 2700K to 5000K for both upper and lower lighting with a dimmable brightness from 100% to 0%.

Yes the length of the suspension cord is adjustable, simply press the release button on the auto-locking cord tensioner and either pull to increase the length of the suspension or push to decrease the length of the suspension. For more infomation please refer to our installation guide videos.

The Kaiho is an amazing source of ambient, accent and task illumination due to its versatile light emission settings. Due to its larger size and a wide array of illumination functionalities, we would recommend this fixture be placed in a dining environment, such as over a dining table or over a kitchen countertop. 

This fixture can be installed on slanted ceilings, just make sure to take extra precaution when working with the drilling and bracket-mounting. 

The Kaiho is an integrated LED lighting fixture in which the light source is a part of the Fixture itself. Therefore the light source of the Kaiho is not replaceable.
