What is the difference between the Knob Controlled option, and the Smart Knob + Tuya App + Alexa Controlled option? How do I select the right one for me?

Knob Controlled option: Single-method control via the included physical knob—simple, reliable, no setup required.

Smart Knob + Tuya App + Alexa option: Three control modes—knob, Tuya mobile app, or voice via Alexa. Requires pairing in the Tuya App after installation.

What is the pairing and installation process for the Evolens?
  1. Unbox and verify all components (see your installation video for details).
  2. Assemble the fixture if required.
  3. Pairing:
    • Knob option: Toggle the knob to confirm pairing before mounting.
    • Smart/Tuya/Alexa option: Follow the pairing steps in your installation guide video to link with the Tuya App and Alexa.
  4. Mount the fixture to your ceiling per the bracket instructions.
Does this fixture pass safety regulations in my country?
Yes the Evolens holds the ETL certificate for North American quality standards and the CE certificate for European quality standards.
Can this fixture be installed with a TRIAC light control system in the wall?
A TRIAC control system should not interfere with the Evolens, however, the TRIAC controls would not be able to interact with our fixtures either. 
Can the illumination settings on the Celest Chandelier be adjusted?
Yes, the Evolens Chandelier supports a wide array of illumination settings, ranging from colour temperature, to dimmability. The Evolens has an adjustable color temperature of 2700K to 5000K for both upper and lower lighting with a dimmable brightness from 100% to 0%.
Can the length of the suspension cord be adjusted?
Yes the length of the suspension cord is adjustable, simply press the release button on the auto-locking cord tensioner and either pull to increase the length of the suspension or push to decrease the length of the suspension. For more infomation please refer to our installation guide videos.
What is the recommended environment for this Chandelier?
The Evolens is an amazing source of ambient, accent and task illumination due to its versatile light emission settings. Due to its larger size and a wide array of illumination functionalities, we would recommend this fixture be placed in a living room, or anywhere else where ample illumination is required.  
Can the Evolens Chandelier be installed on a slanted ceiling?
This fixture can be installed on slanted ceilings, just make sure to take extra precaution when working with the drilling and bracket-mounting. 
Can the light sources of the Evolens be changed and replaced?
The Evolens is an integrated LED lighting fixture in which the light source is a part of the Fixture itself. Therefore the light source of the Evolens is not replaceable.
