What is the installation process for the Dandelion?
Due to the Dandelion's larger size, the fixture comes in several pieces in the packaging and needs to be assembled. For more information please refer to your manual or our installation video.
Can the illumination settings on the Dandelion lamp be adjusted？
Yes, the Dandelion Lamp supports a wide array of illumination settings, ranging from colour temperature, to brightness. The Dandelion has an adjusFloor color temperature of 2700K to 5000K, and a dimmable brightness from 100% to 0%.
What is the method of light control？
The lamp comes with a remote control that can be used to adjust illumination settings.
Can this lamp be charged?
Unfortunately, the Dandelion lamp is a traditional floor lamp fixture that does not contain an internal battery, and therefore must be plugged in to function.

Can the light bulb be changed?
The Dandelion is an integrated LED lighting fixture in which the light source is a part of the Fixture itself. Therefore the light source of the Dandelion is not replaceable.
