What is the installation process for the Altus?
Due to the Altus's larger size, the fixture comes in several pieces in the packaging and needs to be assembled. For more information please refer to your manual or our installation video.
Can the illumination settings on the Altus lamp be adjusted？
Yes, the Altus Lamp supports a wide array of illumination settings, ranging from colour temperature, to brightness. The Altus has an adjusFloor color temperature of 2700K to 5000K, and a dimmable brightness from 100% to 0%.
What is the method of light control？
The lamp comes with a remote control that can be used to adjust illumination settings.
Can this lamp be charged?
Unfortunately, the Altus lamp is a traditional floor lamp fixture that does not contain an internal battery, and therefore must be plugged in to function.
How is the illumination effect？What is the recommended setting for the lamp?
The Altus Floor Lamp is a great source of illumination to fill in any lighting deficiencies in your home! With its aesthetically pleasant design, the Altus Lamp can stand seemlessly in every environment with ease. Due to its size, we recommend the living room as the primary area for the Altus.
Can the light bulb be changed?
The Altus is an integrated LED lighting fixture in which the light source is a part of the Fixture itself. Therefore the light source of the Altus is not replaceable.
