What is the difference between the Remote controlled option, and the Smart Remote + Tuya App + Alexa Controlled option? How do I select the right one for me?

Remote controlled option: A single‐method control via the included physical remote—simple, reliable, no setup required.

Smart Remote + Tuya App + Alexa option: Three control modes—remote, Tuya mobile app, or voice via Alexa. Requires pairing in the Tuya App after installation.

What is the pairing and installation process for the Sunset?
  1. Unbox and verify all components (see your installation video for details).
  2. Assemble the fixture if required.
  3. Pairing:
    • Remote option: Toggle the remote to confirm pairing before mounting.
    • Smart/Tuya/Alexa option: Follow the pairing steps in your specific installation guide video to link with the Tuya App and Alexa.
  4. Mount the fixture to your ceiling per the bracket instructions.
Does this fixture pass the safety regulations in my country?
Yes—the Sunset holds ETL certification for North America and CE certification for Europe.
Can this fixture be installed with a TRIAC light control system in the wall?
A TRIAC dimmer won’t interfere with the Sunset’s normal operation, but it cannot control our smart features.
Can the illumination settings on the Sunset Suspended Pendant be adjusted?
Yes. You can set:
  • Lower LEDs: 2700 K–5700 K color temperature
  • Upper LEDs: fixed at 1500 K
  • Dimmable brightness: 0 %–100 %
Can the length of the suspension cord be adjusted?
Yes—press the release button on the auto‐locking tensioner, then pull to lengthen or push to shorten. See our installation videos for a demo.
What is the recommended environment for this Suspended Pendant?
The Sunset excels as ambient, accent, or task lighting. Its compact size and versatile output make it ideal for restful spaces like bedrooms or reading nooks.
Can the Sunset Suspended Pendant be installed on a slanted ceiling?
Yes—just take extra care when drilling and securing the bracket on an angle.
Can the light bulbs of the Sunset be changed and replaced?
No. The Sunset uses integrated LEDs—its light source is built into the fixture and is not user-replaceable.
