What is the difference between the Knob Controlled option, and the Smart Knob + Tuya App + Alexa Controlled option? How do I select the right one for me?

Knob Controlled option: Single-method control via the included physical knob—simple, reliable, no setup required.

Smart Knob + Tuya App + Alexa option: Three control modes—knob, Tuya mobile app, or voice via Alexa. Requires pairing in the Tuya App after installation.

What is the pairing and installation process for the Celest?
  1. Unbox and verify all components (see your installation video for details).
  2. Assemble the fixture if required.
  3. Pairing:
    • Knob option: Toggle the knob to confirm pairing before mounting.
    • Smart/Tuya/Alexa option: Follow the pairing steps in your installation guide video to link with the Tuya App and Alexa.
  4. Mount the fixture to your ceiling per the bracket instructions.
Does this fixture pass safety regulations in my country?
Yes—the Celest holds ETL certification for North America and CE certification for Europe.
Can this fixture be installed with a TRIAC light control system in the wall?
A TRIAC dimmer won’t interfere with the Celest’s normal operation, but it cannot control our smart features.
Can the illumination settings on the Celest Chandelier be adjusted?
Yes. You can set both upper and lower LEDs between 2700 K–5000 K, with dimmable brightness from 0%–100%.
How does the Knob Control work?
The knob has two adjustable elements:
  • Buttons (macro): Four pressable buttons on top for presets—e.g. press Button 1 to toggle upper lights or double-press to adjust color temperature.
  • Belt (micro): Rotatable belt around the knob for fine-tuning brightness and color temperature.
Can the length of the suspension cord be adjusted?
Yes—press the release button on the auto-locking tensioner, then pull to lengthen or push to shorten. See our installation videos for details.
What is the recommended environment for this Chandelier?
The Celest excels as ambient, accent, and task lighting. Its larger size and versatile output make it ideal for living rooms or any space requiring ample illumination.
Can the Celest Chandelier be installed on a slanted ceiling?
Yes—just take extra care when drilling and securing the bracket at an angle.
Can the light sources of the Celest be changed and replaced?
No—the Celest uses integrated LEDs; the light source is built into the fixture and is not replaceable.
